Ican't easily find Fronpage 2003 in the program files.

With Forntpage 2002, I had no trouble in locating this , but since installing
Frontpage 2003, I am having a terrible time in getting to that site. And when
i do, I find that I can make no changes to any pages. It is like having it
locked up as with it being on the internet. Please help!
