I am linking information from a Lotus Notes database into a Word doc and I
want to change the Notes icon to an arrow icon. This document is then sent
out to a group of clients. I know how to set up the link and create the arrow
as an .ico file. . My questions is how do I force the arrow icon to actually
stay at the 16x16 icon size when I paste the link as well as the link not
updating when the other users open the Word doc? Mind you, I don't want to
have to send instructions to every client on how to disable the update
automatic link in Word every week when we send out the newsletter.
