Icon in Cell

Hi
I would like to know how I can put an icon (an image,
a graphic file) into a cell
and move it with the cell and size it to the cells size?
I got a solution for excel for windows which works
but cannot find a solution for excel for mac.

Try pasting it into the cell and then formatting the picture. On the Size
tab, uncheck the lock aspect ratio and relative to picture size. Then on the
properties tab choose move and size with cells.
