Icon in the notification area (next to clock)

I have a new icon in this area that does nothing and you
cant open and i want to get rid of it. when you put the
pointer on it it says " Microsoft Office Customer
Experience Improvement Program". Any help with this would
be great.

You can turn off the MOCEIP in Help | Customer Feedback Options.
