Icon Placing

The kids have been playing again and have managed to place an icon from the format toolbar up alongside the menu titles - ie 'B' has now positioned itself after menu title 'Help'. How do I remove it please

Right-click the toolbar, click customize, select the icon and drag the icon to the
customize menu.
