Icon to identfy internal and external emails in Outlook

Is there any way to display text or an icon in the field list of Outlook to identify if a mail is from someone in the GAL or if the mail has come from someone outside the organisation

I want to sort mails by internal then delete the 90% of my mails which are spam from external mail addresses

I had tried creating a folder in my outlook, and then creating a rule to process mails as they arive moving them to a specified folder if there name was in our companies GAL, but this did not work

You can try the following to see if it works for you...

1) Go to Inbox
2) Right click on a column header (From, Subject, Received Date, .etc) and
select Field Chooser
3) Change the drop down to All Mail Fields
4) Drag Changed By to the column header
