You don't mention what version. This feature is built for versions 2002 and
later. Prior to that, there is api code somewhere that will let you do this.
Just go tools->startup. There is options to set the application icon, and a
check box to use the same icon for forms. Note that this is global, and a
form by form setting is not available...
