icons on bar graphs

Hello Friends

Another question for my 7th grader. Is there a way to
draw a bar graph using columns of an icon. Example: a
vertical stack of 5 little cars to indicate 5,000 cars in
town 'A'.

Hi Sam,

Yes you can use a picture fill and set the 'stack to scale' value.

Double click the bar in order to display the format dialog box.
On the patterns tab press the Fill Effects button in the area frame.
Select the Picture tab and then press the Select picture button.
Once you have a suitable image set the stack to scale value to 1000.
