I'd like to create a queue in Access

I would like to create a queue in Access in which will pull down a file name
and leave the rest of the fields blank for the user to fill in. Once the
individual fills in the name and selects "next" the new record will pop up
and disable the ability for the already accessed records to be displayed.
Additionally, there will be several users using this tool at the same time so
I'd need to ensure that ability as well. Is this possible?
