I'd like to create my own e-card site using Microsoft word

I have a website and I'd like to have visitors send my e-cards to their
friends and family...

I'd also like for the cards to include .mp3 files and of course pictures and
animations....

Can't Word do this?

If you ask me, Word is a poor choice for developing a complete website. Use
FrontPage or use "website builders" that are often included when you
purchase website hosting.
