I'd like to import/export a 2003 Collection....

I'm a trainer - new to Office 2003 from '97 and unaccustomed to "collections". Used to be you just placed graphic files in the right directory, and could see the thumbnails when you pointed to that directory. Couldn't search for them, but you could SEE them and pick from the list.

Can't find how to do that in 2003, as you must search for clip art using the keyword. l have lots of files that were never 'cataloged' (so to speak) which requires putting search criterion in the name of each file - YUCK! I created an indexed collection on one PC, now I want to "export" it to the remaining PC's in the training room. PC's do NOT have a shared directory on a network. I don't see an Import/Export function in the Organizer. How would I accomplish this goal
