Identifying meeting organizer under Scheduling

We use Entourage 2008 with Exchange Server 2003 to book our conference rooms as resources. When in Scheduling mode in Outlook you can click on each meeting's pop-up window to get information such as the person who created the event. Entourage 2008 has a similar Scheduling mode but I don't see where I can get the identity of the meeting organizer.

How can we identify meeting organizers in Entourage?

Thanks.

Sorry, that feature is not supported by Entourage.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.
