Identy confusion in Entourage2001 between classic mode and 9.2

I'm in the process of transitioning to OSX exclusively (rather than
dual boot) and the one problem I am having with Classic mode is not
being able to access my entourage idenity (account) from OS9 while in
classic mode in Jaguar. I would like to be able to access a single
entourage account from either boot. I have read a few posts that sound
similar, but the solutions posted sound complex- what is the easiest
and most usable solutuion?

Move the "Microsoft User Data" folder from HD/Documents to HD/Users/<Your
User>/Documents/. Replace any existing folder that's there (that's the new
identity you've been using in OS X).

Then, Command-Option-drag the folder back into the root Documents folder.
That creates an alias so both point to the same folder. Now, you should be
able to access your identity from either OS. The first time you might not
see your data; don't fret, just go to File -> Switch Identities and
re-select your identity.
