I've seen lots of posts regarding this file missing when the user
trying to save the Excel Spreadsheet.
I've been having the same problem and tried to search for IDM on my
hard drive and found out it may have been causing due to some file
left by 'Filenet Report Manager' Software. There is no mention on
Filenet website for this but would probably check with my support
guys.
solution is still the same 'Reset Toolbars'
