IE - activex

I keep getting the message that security setting do not allow ActiveX
controls on my computer... but my security settings are set to enable. I've
tried lowering the security level, but IE won't let me go below medium. And
when the toolbar comes up and I right click on it, it's only info about the
info bar. HELP!?!?

Maybe try going to Internet options -> Advanced, look for Security -> check
the 2nd box that says Allow active content to run in files on My Computer.
