IE and Netscape compatibility

Hi everybody,

I just designed and launched a website
www.innercosmos.com
I was amazed to see the psychic interference page specially and some others
as well
very differently displayed in netscape.
can someone help me fix this problem and also guide how to get more info
about the compatibility of the 2 browsers.
The design was done in Front page 2000
