IE Error Mesage 0x30cb0b97

All of my user are encountering this error when trying to checkout documents
from PWA 2007. It is not specific to IE 6 or 7, it happens with both
browsers. Seems to be something local on the PWA server that is causing the
error but what I have no Idea. Any help or suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

Have you customised the WSS site in any way ?

Have you configured an extranet topology ? If so, have you configured URL
mapping ?

I found an off the topic post on google from a user in regards to IE crashes
that had to do with sharepoint that solved my issue. It had to do with office
2003 and 2007 product conflict for Sharepoint Services DLLs. I uninstalled
Project 2007 Sharepoint Services from my local machine and then re-installed
the services and the problem was corrected. I believe it has to do with
office updates that I applied due to the fact that I am running Office 2003
but also Office 2007 product on the same machine.
