IE images are fuzzy

All the pictures and images in IE7 are fuzzy. For example the Google logo is
blury. This just started a few weeks ago. Fonts are fine unless part of the
image.

Pictures look fine in Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Nothing
has changed on the computer except some MS updates.

Are there any settings in IE that could clear up these pictures?
