IE wants to install FP voice recognition

Using IE 6.0 at certain web sites that have ASP's I get a
message that FP doesn't have voice recognition installed
and asks if I want to install it. Answering no closes
the page.

The web site I'm accessing has nothing to do with FP or
voice recognition. How do I stop these messages.
