Sorry to post this here but I'm new to this newsgroup and
couldn't find anything on IE
When a page is loading I cannot move the cursor, or it is
moving in a stilted manner. This has only started
happening in the last 2 days - does anyone have any idea
why this is occurring please. When I close IE or the page
finishes loading the cursor is fine.
