IE7 - Where to find help configuring IE7???

Where to find help configuring IE7??? I got to these pages using the IE7 help
link. I thought that I would be diredcted to help pages for IE7, but I guess
that I was wrong. Please to help me find where to find help on configuring
IE7 for a dial up connection.

Ha Ha very funny Julie. That link leads me right back to this newsgroup.
Which is what I expect MS wants. I have been trying all morning to find an
answer to a simple issue. I feel like a dog in a circus, jumping thru Hoop
after Hoop with no end in sight. I want my system to be all MS to avoid
conflicts, but I,m gonna try Googles, Chrome and see if that helps.

I assure you I was not trying to be funny. When I click on the
link, I am taken directly to a site for IE 7. I suggest trying a
google search. I found some very good information on setting up a
dial-up connection.

Question -- if you don't have IE set up how are you posting to this
newsgroup?
