IExplorer for CE Update from 4.1 to 6.0

Hey,

I have an old Jornada 720 running WinCE and IExplorer 4.1
Is there a way to update to the latest (like we do on WinXP, just a
download, no cost) or Do I have to buy WinCE 5.0.
I am no interested in developping an application or whatso, just to update
my Jornada.
By the way, can I just download WinCE 5.0 as a full update for my Jornada ?

You will probably have much better luck asking this question in one of the 9
Windows CE groups that all start with microsoft.public.windowsce. I'd
probably start with microsoft.public.windowsce.updates.
