iExplorer "Send to OneNote" does not display frames etc.

I have a webpage that uses frames, e.g. nytimes.com.

If I use Tools | Send to OneNote, a note is created in OneNote but it does
NOT have the frame structure of the web page. "All the information" seems to
be there, there are clickable links etc.

If I use File | Print and choose the printer "Send to OneNote" I get a note
that looks like a multi-page print of the original page, but none of the
links are clickable.

Is there a way to get a note that looks and acts like the original page?

No.
Unfortunately it is not possible to receive a 1:1 representation if a
web-page in OneNote (except an image which is not editable).

The reason is pretty easy to see:
The publishers/designers of web-pages use too many "tricks" in
formatting their pages.
No application - whatsoever - would be able to to take this over in an
editable way.

Therefore we have to love with the two options:
- capture the web-page as an image (which is not editable);
- copy the content into OneNote as editable text (with different
formatting).
