IF, AND, OR conditions?

I need M1 to answer "Y"(yes) if several logical conditions are met. I
already have this:
=IF(AND(Q1>55,L1>24,P1=""),"Y","")

but I also need M1 to answer "Y" if the following is true (i.e., it would be
an "or" statment in logics).
=IF(AND(Q1>60,L1>14,P1="Y"),"Y","")

How do I combine them?

=IF(OR(AND(Q1>55,L1>24,P1=""),AND(Q1>60,L1>14,P1="Y"))"Y","")

One way:

=IF(OR(AND(Q1>55,L1>24,P1=""),AND
(Q1>60,L1>14,P1="Y")),"Y","")
