=IF(AND(B4>60<21),"NOT",IF(B4>21<60,"ELI"))

this formula not working,

i want result in A2 Not or ELI,

If thr is any possible do in macro pls let me abt the, bcoz new to the
macro.

Formula should be:

=IF(OR(B4>60,B4<21),"NOT","ELI")
