I am looking for a formula that will give me a recommended headcount number
based on the following data.
store a is 50% effective with 6 people
store b is 75% effective with 4 people
the goal is to be 75% effective
what formula would i use where it would show me to reduce headcount by 2 in
store a so they are 75% effective?
