I am trying to track accrued personal days within our physical year of July 1 - June 30. 1 day is earned with every 4 months of employment for a max of 3 days per physical year, unless hired mid year - then it would be from that date of hire.
I also need a formula (if possible) to subtract the earned days if not used within 1 year of receiving them
