IF formula

Does anyone know how I can make the IF function work for text? In othe
words, if the word electromagnetics is in cell C3 I want cell C4 to sa
unavailable. HELP

C4: =IF(COUNTIF(C3,"*electromagnetics*"),"unavailable","")
