This might be a stupid quesiton but can I instal office student and teacher
edition 2003 without losing everything that is already on my computer
(files, e-mails, games ect.) right now i have windows xp with the
professional upgrade.

Yes, you can *however* it is ALWAYS a great idea to back up important files
before making changes to your system.
