my Office 2003 is a trial version, came w/ computer and is now expired. If I
remove it, will I still be able to do email business with Microsoft Outlook?
or will my email program be kaput?

As Outlook is part of Office, if you uninstall Office, you won't have
outlook. You can, however, use Outlook EXPRESS, which is free and comes with
Internet Explorer.O

Do you own a copy of Outlook? If so, you'll need to install it. But before
doing so, create a new pst using the Outlook 97/2002 format and copy all of
your Outlook items to it.

Well, there is Outlook Express on the 'puter and it pops up a box asking if I
want to make it my default place. should I say 'yes' to this, then I can use
Outlook Express for all my emailing? At present, my MO2003 allows emails to
arrive, but I cannot reply, forward or compose.

I had a trial version of Office 2003 on my PC too, but I already have a full
version of O2003. My O2003 does not let me reply/forward or compose either.

What should I do ?
