Hi, I am using PS2007+PWA. I have a problem with updating tasks progress from
outlook. I want to confirm whether my operation process is right or not.
My process is:
1- click a task from outlook task list, a new page "Ms Project web access"
is openned in Outlook. there are 2 tabs:"Task management" and "Timesheet"
2- update task progress by changing progress value on from "Task management"
tab
3- Switch to "Time sheet" tab, and click "Save to Project web access" button
4- Click "Save and Close" button from menu to quit this page
5- on outlook main menu, click "update project web access"
6- a pop-up shows the task which I updated its progress
7- check mark "update" box, click OK
8- a progress bar appears and presents the data transmitted
Can someone tell me if these steps and its sequence are right?
