If someone makes a change does this automatically refresh?

In the office people make changes to the spreadsheets... Is there a refresh
buttom or setting so I am always viewing updates please?

Toolbar >> Edit >> Links

If there any links, the option to update is here.

Or

Click save button. A messagebox will ask if you want to update.
