If statement to cover range

Good day,

I am trying to accomplish is that if the value in cell A1 is betwee
361-390, I want to return the number 15 or if the value is cell A1 i
between 326-360, I want to return the number 10.

Any help would be great.

=if(and(a1>=361,a1<=360),second if,2,3))
