If using Exchange Server 2003, update to Web Services Edition?

Just wondering if there's any point whatsoever in updating to Entourage Web Services Edition if my employer is still using Exchange Server 2003.

Also, can I assume that Web Services Edition will work with Exchange Server 2010? I believe we're switching over in the next couple of months.

Thanks.

DON'T
If you upgrade, you won't be able to access your Exchange account
anymore (the good thing is that the updater should refuse to isntall
anyway when it detects that you are set to access an Exchange 2003
account).

Nope, it's already compatible with Exchange 2007 Rollup 4.
