If VBA Macro for Tiered Calculation

Hello,

I urgently need a VBA Macro that will execute the following tiered
calculation:
Total Market Value is cell B1. I need to include the fee in F1

Total Market Value 800,000,000

0.01250 50,000,000 625,000 750,000,000.00
0.00900 100,000,000 900,000 650,000,000.00
0.00750 75,000,000 562,500 575,000,000.00
0.00600 75,000,000 450,000 500,000,000.00

What are the calculation rules? I see no connection between the Total market
Value (800,000,000) and the Fee (4,837,500)
