ignore call message

when i try to send/receive mails using microsoft outlook
for XP, i am persistently getting a message "You have just
ignored an incoming call". I know that I have not actually
missed a call as I have a new phone no. and nobody else
knows it.

This message is also appearing when i log onto the
internet.

I am using a dial up connection.

When the message comes up I get disconnected from my mail
server/internet connection.

Any one got any idea as to how to stop this?
