IIF Statement

I know this is rather easy, but I'm getting the wrong
results the way I have this worded. What I'm trying to
do is display another column if the first column contains
0. For example, if column A = 0 then display column B,
but if Column B = 0 then display Column C. However, mine
is not giving the correct results. This way if both A
and B are 0, I will get column C, but if A or B has a
number other than 0, I want whichever contains data first
to appear. I hope this makes sense.

IIF(A=0,IIF(B=0,C,B),A)
