I'm getting macro, Banner size fonts on every other Office Web Pag

Starting with the Home page I can't see more than a few words of text at once
on a single page. This is a new (6 mos)DELL XPS notebook and my Office Pro
2003 is factory installed. This doesn't happen at any other site.
