I'm having trouble to run msproject 2000

When I'm trying to run msproject there is the follow warning:
Microsoft visual c ++Debug Library
Debug Error!
Program c :\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\WINPROJ.EXE
abnormal Program termination(press retry to debug the application)
When I retry: the application shut down.
When I ignore there is another warning:
Microsoft Visual c ++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program c :\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\WINPROJ.EXE
abnormal program termination
