I'm not able to change the font for arabic text

I'm using Word automation to create a document of mix languages
arabic/english, the english part working greet but if there is any arabic
word it will never change only it will apply the color and the underline
other wise the font will be "Arial (Body CS)" font name, the size will be 11
and it can't be bold I have tried so many ways but ... nothing changed

Any advices will appreciated
