I'm receiving a red x in place of logo for my signature

I am trying to create a signature with a logo. I have inserted he logo. But
when I create a New a new message, the signature opens up with a red x
replacing the logo in a text box where my logo should be.

I have turned off the "Don't download pictures or other content auto in HTML".
I have selected my Format as HTML.

Why is this happening?
