I'm receiving empty (blank) emails from known senders. What's up?

Most of my emails arrive with no problems. But I'm getting blanks from people
I know, usually as replies to a message of mine. Is it Outlook, my email
provider, my ISP or my PC?

Yes, I use F-Prot. But I always have and this problem is only a couple of
weeks old.
