Try disabling any Outlook integration of your antivirus software

Access the email account via webmail and delete it from there.

Hi Cindy,

I quick solution is to right click on the message and create a rule. The
wizard will walk you through this.

A good rule might be "When messages arrive from (e-mail address removed) send the
item directly to the trash.
