If you are using the Front Page Photo Gallery component,
you got what you got!

This question has been asked on this newsgroup a number
of times. I would suggest you take some time to search
through this newsgroup for various questions about the
displaying photos on line. The threads will also present
options, such a JAlbum, as alternatives to the Front Page
component.

By the way this component did not change from version
2002 to 2003.

I assume that the "i've changed to just adding the
photos" means you are not now using the Front Page
Photogallery component.

If that is true, just add the browsing button (or text
with appropriate nomenclature) to each of the pages where
the photos are located. Add hyperlinks by right clicking
on the browsing button (or text) and create a hyperlink
to the appropriate other photo page (the one before and
after in the sequence).

No magic involved. You just have to work your way through
it one page at a time.

I have faced the same problem and after much experimenation and help, I have
got a working presentation- see Picture Album on my website.

It uses JS to automate much of the procedures of changing the names of the
pages in the forward and back buttons.

Once set up, it becomes fairly simple to add more pictures (or delete any)
without adding/changing lots of code.

I don't say it is a better solution than any other by those more expert than
me, but if you like it, use it. The references to JS are all in the HTML
code on the website and the JS code is on js.zip

Have fun, if you decide to try it, or if not, in your search for better
answers
