I'm trying to download MS Office on trial, the code doesn't work

I've tried to download the MS Office 2003 and have gotten a new Product key
number . The problem is that the screen keeps returning to the Convert screen
instead of the Register screen . What can I do to get a trial version of MS
Office ?

Maybe there there was a previously installed trial version of
Office 2003 on your computer that has expired, and maybe you're
trying to avoid buying the software by downloading and installing
a new trial version. The problem is that your computer knows
about the expired trial version of Office 2003, so it won't let
you activate the new trial version. You can't use Office 2003
trial versions indefinitely... it's time to buy the software if
you want to continue to use it.
