i'm trying to import my website but i can't see most of the pages

another website created my website and now i just want to alter the format a
bit. i've tried to import the website but i can only see a few files. what
am i doing incorrectly? many thanks.

The import function only imports what is seen by a browser, so shared
borders, include files, navigation structure, themes, asp pages, databases,
etc. are not imported.

Publish from the remote site to your hard drive. Select the all files
option.
