Something is wrong: Outlook continues to try to send messages that are not
pending (not in Outbox or Draft). Then an error message details that ISP is
not working.
Secondly, MS online help keeps flashing message that the browser I'm using
is not supported; however, I'm using Internet Explorer 6.0+.
