I'm using the AutoDial feature. They cannot hear me.

I'm using a headset and microphone that I've plugged into the side of my
computer. I can hear the person I called but they cannot hear me? I use the
same system when using SKYPE with no problme at all so I know the headset and
mic work. Any ideas?
