iMac Mail program and task/meeting requests from Outlook?

I have one customer who had a user purchase an iMac laptop. Everything
works great in the email programs of Mail and Entourage. The only thing
that is not working correctly is when someone sends him a task or meeting
request from Outlook and he checks his email with Mail the email never
makes shows up. Entourage works fine and he gets all other emails in the
Mail program.

This may be too little of information but it may be easier to have someone
ask what else they need to know.

Hope someone can help. Oh, btw, this user is not entirely against soley
using Entourage and not Mail but he just wants to make sure there isn't a
setting or there isn't something wrong with Mail prior to making the
permenant switch.
