Image Block in new XP

Hello
Does anyone know if I can make an individual email address "safe" inorder to
allow the images to load automatically, without turning of the default to
allow all incoming html emails images to show?

In Outlook 2003, yes. Not sure in OE (this is an Outlook newsgroup).
